Details about Sessions

Flash Talks – Should be no more than 6 minutes maximum and we suggest no more than 6 slides (we won’t enforce a number of slides but we will enforce the duration of the talk). We anticipate we should have time for a small number of questions either for each talk or for each session. If you are giving a FlashTalk, please bring your talk on a thumbdrive and transfer it to the computer during the break BEFORE the session. We will not have time to switch computers.

Posters – The poster boards are 4′ by 8′ (height by length) and so posters should be printed at a size that is smaller than that. Poster boards will be arranged on the patio outside of our meeting room. Please hang your poster prior to the session (either during or before the 2:45 pm break). Posters are not numbered/locations are not assigned. Please select a location that works for you!
